On the occasion of the UAE’s 54th Eid Al Etihad, HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ordered the renaming of Al Areen Reserve to Mohammed bin Zayed Nature Reserve, honoring HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The royal directive reflects Bahrain’s deep appreciation for HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed’s pivotal role in strengthening the historic and brotherly relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. It also recognizes his continued support for Bahrain and its people across various fields.
The newly named Mohammed bin Zayed Nature Reserve will continue its vital mission of environmental and wildlife conservation.
