Audi Revolut F1 Team Unveils 2026 Name and Logo Ahead of Berlin Global Launch
Audi’s long-anticipated entry into Formula One has reached a major milestone with the official unveiling of the Audi Revolut F1 Team name and logo, marking a defining step toward its debut in the Formula One World Championship in 2026. The new team identity was revealed ahead of a global launch event scheduled to take place in Berlin on 20 January 2026.
The name and logo formalise the title partnership between Audi F1 and global fintech leader Revolut, confirmed in July 2025. The alliance brings together Audi’s engineering heritage and motorsport pedigree with Revolut’s technology-driven approach and global digital reach, positioning the partnership as a strategic collaboration rather than a conventional sponsorship.
Both companies say the partnership is built on shared values of innovation, performance and global connectivity, with a strong focus on redefining fan engagement. Planned initiatives include exclusive race access, immersive activations and app-based benefits for Revolut users, alongside deeper operational integration. Revolut Business will support the team’s financial operations, while Revolut Pay will be used to deliver a seamless checkout experience for the team’s online merchandise store.
Nik Storonsky, CEO and Co-Founder of Revolut, said the Audi Revolut F1 Team identity symbolises a powerful alliance aimed at challenging conventions in Formula One. He added that the partnership will support Revolut’s global expansion strategy as it moves toward its goal of reaching 100 million customers worldwide.
The team’s full visual and brand identity will be unveiled at an exclusive launch event in Berlin on 20 January, designed as an immersive experience reflecting Audi’s core brand pillars of clarity, technical intelligence and emotion. A public opening will follow on 21 January, allowing fans to take part in the inaugural celebrations.
A major highlight of the Berlin event will be the unveiling of the full 2026 race car livery, building on the reveal of the Audi R26 Concept in November. With fewer than 50 days until the first race of the season, the presentation will showcase how Audi’s design language translates to the Formula One grid.
Operationally, the formation of the team will see Sauber Motorsport AG renamed Audi Motorsport AG, while the UK-based Technology Centre in Bicester will become the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK. The organisation will retain its heritage through the continued use of the names Sauber Holding AG and Sauber Technologies AG.
Gernot Döllner, Chairman of the Board of Management of AUDI AG, described the unveiling as a key milestone in Audi’s journey into the pinnacle of motorsport, while Mattia Binotto, Head of the Audi Revolut F1 Team, said the announcement gives a clear identity to the collective effort underway ahead of the 2026 debut.
Team Principal Jonathan Wheatley added that the new name and logo represent the combined strength of teams across Germany, the UK and Switzerland, uniting them under a single banner as preparations accelerate for Audi’s arrival on the Formula One grid.
The unveiling of the Audi Revolut F1 Team identity sets the stage for a bold new chapter in Formula One, driven by a shared ambition for excellence, innovation and long-term success.
