Bahrain sets Eid Al-Fitr prayer time at 6:00 AM, main grounds not to be used

Authorities in Bahrain have announced that Eid al-Fitr prayers will be held at 6:00 AM this year in grand mosques and designated Ramadan mosques across the kingdom.

Due to the current circumstances, the main Eid prayer grounds traditionally used for large congregational gatherings will not be utilized.

Officials said the measure has been introduced to ensure the safety of worshippers while allowing the community to perform Eid prayers in an organized manner at approved mosques.

Grand mosques and designated Ramadan mosques will host the prayers simultaneously across the country, with worshippers encouraged to follow guidance from local authorities and mosque administrations.

Eid Al-Fitr marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan and is traditionally observed with special congregational prayers held shortly after sunrise.
