Saudi Arabia to Host 5th Hajj Conference and Exhibition 1447 AH Under Theme “From Mecca to the World”
Riyadh — Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Arabia will host the fifth Hajj Conference and Exhibition 1447 AH from November 9 to 12, 2025, at the Jeddah Superdome, themed “From Mecca to the World.
Organised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the four-day event aims to highlight national initiatives designed to enhance Hajj services and improve the pilgrims’ experience. The conference brings together experts, specialists, and stakeholders from Saudi Arabia and abroad to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and explore innovative solutions aligned with global advancements in Hajj management and technology.
Spanning over 52,000 square metres, the exhibition will feature more than 260 exhibitors across 13 sectors, including tourism, technology, healthcare, and operations. Attendees can expect over 100 innovative ideas presented through 80 panel sessions and 60 workshops, with more than 95 speakers addressing key topics. The conference anticipates welcoming over 150,000 visitors.
Several initiatives will be showcased, including “Eashathon” for personalised pilgrim meals, “Humanising the Holy Sites” to improve accessibility and comfort, and “Sustainable Solutions” integrating clean energy, smart cooling, and efficient resource management. The Innovation Zone will feature over 15 emerging technology companies competing in field challenges to enhance crowd management and operational efficiency using AI and data analytics.
Strategic agreements and partnerships will also be signed to strengthen knowledge exchange and cooperation across the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem, focusing on digitalisation, system integration, and service quality enhancement.
The conference will explore strategic themes such as digital transformation, smart management, and operational sustainability, reflecting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Guests of God Service Program, which emphasise innovation, technology, and sustainability in improving pilgrims’ experiences.
