HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Opens 21st Manama Dialogue 2025 on Behalf of HRH Crown Prince

On November 1, 2025, Lieutenant General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, officially opened the 21st Regional Security Summit, Manama Dialogue 2025, on behalf of Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Prime Minister and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. The opening took place in the presence of senior officials and high-level delegations of ministers, security officials, military leaders, and academics from around the world.

During the opening, His Highness conveyed greetings from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Crown Prince. He emphasized Bahrain’s commitment to regional and international security, highlighting that security is essential for sustainable development.

His Highness also underscored the importance of strategic partnerships, international cooperation, and forums like the Manama Dialogue in fostering dialogue, promoting peace, and addressing global challenges. He praised the Manama Dialogue’s achievements over two decades as a platform for exchanging ideas and supporting international efforts toward stability, development, and prosperity.
