Qatar MoFA urges citizens abroad to contact diplomatic missions for assistance

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has called on Qatari citizens abroad, particularly those stranded or in need of assistance, to immediately contact Qatar’s diplomatic missions in their respective countries.
The ministry urged citizens to remain in close communication with embassies and consulates to receive the latest guidance and support. It also advised nationals overseas to strictly follow the instructions issued by local authorities and to use designated emergency numbers where necessary.
MoFA emphasized the importance of staying informed through official channels and avoiding reliance on unverified information. Diplomatic missions remain prepared to provide assistance and coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure the safety and wellbeing of Qatari citizens abroad.
The advisory comes as part of ongoing efforts to support nationals overseas and maintain effective communication during evolving regional developments.
