HM King Hamad Receives New Book Honouring Isa the Great

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received journalist and writer Sawsan Al Shaer, who presented to His Majesty the first copy of her new book titled “Isa the Great – Founder of the Modern State.”

The meeting took place at Sakhir Palace in the presence of senior members of the Royal Family. The occasion forms part of Bahrain’s “Year of Isa the Great,” a national initiative commemorating the legacy of Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, widely regarded as the founder of the modern Bahraini state.

Preserving National History-

The book sheds light on the leadership and vision of Isa the Great, whose reign laid the institutional, administrative, and social foundations that shaped contemporary Bahrain.
