King Hamad receives call from PM Modi reaffirming Bahrain–India ties

His Majesty Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a phone call from India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, reaffirming the strong and longstanding ties between Bahrain and India.
During the call, Prime Minister Modi expressed India’s solidarity with Bahrain and its full support for the Kingdom’s security and stability. He also conveyed India’s condemnation of the recent aggression, underscoring the importance of safeguarding peace in the region.
King Hamad highlighted Bahrain’s enduring commitment to peaceful values, dialogue, and regional stability. He reiterated the Kingdom’s dedication to cooperation and de-escalation efforts aimed at preserving security across the region.
The King also thanked India for its continued support and friendship, noting the deep-rooted partnership between the two nations, which spans economic cooperation, trade, and strong people-to-people ties.
