Bahrain Showcases Gulf Solidarity Ahead of 46th GCC Summit
Bahrain is gearing up to host the 46th Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit on December 3, as the Kingdom highlights its longstanding commitment to Gulf unity and regional cooperation. In the lead-up to the landmark gathering, Gulf-themed visual displays, messages of solidarity, and imagery celebrating the collective identity of the GCC have begun appearing across various parts of the country, reflecting Bahrain’s pride in hosting this high-level event.
As part of the official preparations, the GCC Secretariat has inaugurated a dedicated GCC Pavilion at the Bahrain National Museum. The exhibition, presented across nine thematic sections, offers a comprehensive look at the history of the GCC, major achievements, joint initiatives and future plans designed to enhance cooperation among Gulf states. The pavilion will remain open to the public for a full month, underscoring Bahrain’s role in engaging citizens and residents in the significance of the summit.
The upcoming meeting will bring together GCC leaders to discuss key regional developments, economic integration, security coordination and the organisation’s long-term strategic vision. Quotes by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa reflecting the importance of Gulf solidarity have also been highlighted as part of Bahrain’s public messaging, reinforcing the Kingdom’s dedication to strengthening unity and shared progress among member states.
