Bahrain bans night sailing for fishing and recreational boats amid security concerns

The Ministry of Interior Bahrain has announced a ban on fishing and recreational boats sailing during nighttime hours as part of heightened safety measures amid ongoing regional security threats.

Under the directive, all fishing and leisure vessels are prohibited from operating between 6:00 PM and 4:00 AM until further notice. The decision comes in response to continued missile and drone attacks launched from Iran, which have raised concerns over public safety across coastal areas.
