Winterland Al Ain Opens at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium

Al Ain: Winterland Al Ain, a winter-themed entertainment and sports event, officially opened at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium and will run until January 15, 2026. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan attended the launch, which is part of ongoing efforts to expand recreational and sports options in the region.
The event offers a wide range of activities for all age groups, including ice skating, adventure games, interactive zones for children, and creative cultural workshops. Visitors can also enjoy restaurants and cafés inspired by local heritage, reflecting Al Ain’s cultural identity. Sheikh Mohammed emphasized that community-based sports and recreational activities enhance quality of life, strengthen social bonds, and promote healthy lifestyles in line with the leadership’s vision for national development.
Winterland Al Ain is part of a broader plan to position Al Ain as a year-round destination for family and community events, supported by investments in infrastructure, public services, and recreational facilities. The opening was attended by Rashid Musbah Al Manai, Director General of Al Ain City Municipality, Brigadier Saeed Hamid bin Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, Director of Al Ain Police Directorate, and other officials.
