Saudi-Russia Visa Exemption Agreement Allows 90-Day Stays for All Passport Holders

Saudi Arabia and Russia have expanded their mutual visa exemption agreement to cover all passport categories, including diplomatic, special, and ordinary passports. The deal allows citizens of both countries to enter each other’s territories without a visa for purposes such as tourism, business, or visiting family and friends.
Under the agreement, Saudis and Russians can stay for up to 90 days, either consecutively or across multiple visits within a single calendar year. This flexible arrangement is designed to promote greater travel, cultural exchange, and business engagement between the two nations.
Officials say the agreement will facilitate smoother cross-border interactions, strengthen bilateral economic ties, and encourage tourism.
