A heartfelt tribute was paid to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of India and the architect of national unity, on the historic occasion of his 150th birth anniversary.
Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi unveiled a special ₹150 coin and a commemorative postal stamp at Ekta Nagar, the site of the iconic Statue of Unity, in honour of Patel ji’s enduring legacy.
This celebration goes beyond remembrance it is a reaffirmation of Sardar Patel’s vision of “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat”. His ideals of unity, discipline, and a nation-first spirit continue to inspire and guide India’s journey towards a stronger, more cohesive future.
Through these commemorations, the nation not only honours the monumental contributions of Patel ji in unifying post-independence India but also reminds citizens of the importance of integrity, leadership, and selfless service to the nation.
