Dubai, UAE – February 2026 – As Ramadan gently reshapes the rhythm of the city, SANA invites guests to come together around the table for Iftar. As the only venue at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam offering a dedicated Iftar set menu, SANA introduces a thoughtfully curated experience priced at AED 285. It will begin on the first day of the Holy month and will be served Monday to Sunday for Iftar.

The evening unfolds in layers, taking guests on a journey along the Silk Road, offering traditional Uzbek dishes interpreted through SANA’s signature contemporary lens. Beginning with a selection of dates, seasonal fruits, and a generous variety of traditional Middle Eastern and Uzbek appetizers. Alongside warm Mini Tandoor Non, Sour Cream Qaymoq, and Brinza Cheese drizzled with black honey, the table is filled with comforting regional classics such as Baba Ganoush, Muhammara, Hummus, and Sumalek

The experience continues with a series of Uzbek favorites including Samsa Tashkent, Dolma, and fresh Brinza Salad. For the main course, generosity and tradition take centre stage with dishes designed to be shared: a whole Chicken Tandir slow-cooked to perfection, Mixed Grill, and the signature Quzzi with lamb. The journey concludes on a sweet note with an assortment of mini cakes, including Medovik, Napoleon, and Carrot Cake, leaving guests with a gentle, sweet finish.

Throughout Ramadan, SANA becomes a destination for meaningful gatherings, where Iftar brings people together as a moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate in the heart of Dubai.
