Popular Indian comedian and television star Kapil Sharma is taking his hospitality venture global with the launch of a second Kap’s Cafe outlet in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The new café is set to officially opened to the public today the December 31, 2025, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s international expansion.

The Dubai outlet is located in the Al Kifaf area, a strategic location finalized through Kirpa Properties. According to reports, more than 20 potential locations were evaluated before selecting Al Kifaf, underlining the careful planning and long-term vision behind the café’s Middle East debut.

Kap’s Cafe was originally launched by Kapil Sharma and his wife Ginni Chatrath in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, on July 4, 2025. The first outlet quickly attracted attention for its stylish design, celebrity association, and unique menu concept that blends comfort with creativity.

Both the Canada and Dubai locations share the brand’s signature aesthetic, featuring pastel pink-and-white interiors, elegant floral décor, and crystal chandeliers, creating a warm and visually appealing café experience designed to attract both casual visitors and social media enthusiasts.

The menu at Kap’s Cafe offers a mix of specialty coffees and Indian-inspired treats. Customer favorites include gur wali chai, masala tea, and matcha strawberry iced coffee, alongside baked items such as pistachio croissants and lemon pistachio cake. The café also serves popular Indian street snacks, including Vada Pav, adding a nostalgic touch to the modern café concept.

The Dubai opening comes after a challenging period for the Canadian outlet, which reportedly faced three separate shooting incidents between July and October 2025. Despite these setbacks, the launch of the Dubai café reflects resilience and confidence in the brand’s future.
