Emirates Expands Premium Economy to Four More Global Destinations

Emirates is taking its acclaimed Premium Economy experience to new heights literally by expanding the offering to four additional international cities. This move is part of the airline’s continued investment in passenger comfort and its mission to elevate the travel experience across its global network.

Passengers flying to or from Tokyo Narita, São Paulo, Melbourne, and Zurich can now enjoy the Premium Economy cabin, known for its extra legroom, wider seats, upgraded dining, and elevated in-flight service. These destinations join an existing roster of major cities like London, New York, Dubai, and Sydney already enjoying the benefits of the upgraded cabin.

Launched to bridge the gap between Business and Economy class, Emirates’ Premium Economy has received glowing reviews since its debut. Passengers love the 40-inch seat pitch, reclining cream leather seats, woodgrain finishes, and gourmet meals served with real cutlery all set within a quieter, more exclusive cabin environment aboard the A380.

This latest expansion brings Emirates closer to its goal of retrofitting 120 aircraft with Premium Economy cabins by 2026. It also reflects growing demand among travelers seeking more comfort without the cost of Business Class.

Whether you're heading to the bustling streets of Tokyo or the beaches of Melbourne, you can now do it in style without breaking the bank.
