Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Bahrain Continues Celebrating Culinary Excellence in 2026 Season
In 2026, the Bailliage of Bahrain of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is in full stride with its 2025–2026 season, following a glamorous launch held in late 2025 at the Regency InterContinental Hotel. The season reflects the chapter’s continued commitment to celebrating gastronomy, fellowship, and culinary heritage within the Kingdom.
The Bahraini chapter remains under the leadership of Bailli Délégué Betsy B. Mathieson, who continues to guide the organization’s activities with a focus on excellence and community. Throughout the season, members are participating in a curated series of Dîners Amicaux, hosted at some of Bahrain’s most distinguished culinary venues, offering refined dining experiences that highlight both local and international cuisine.
A major highlight on the 2026 calendar is preparations for the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition, a flagship initiative of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs aimed at nurturing young culinary talent. The competition serves as a vital platform for emerging chefs in Bahrain to demonstrate technical skill, creativity, and discipline, while gaining international exposure within the prestigious Chaîne network.

Members have been invited to attend upcoming Grand Chapitres in Saudi Arabia, including events in Riyadh on February 12, 2026, and Jeddah on February 15, 2026.
