600+ Exhibitors From Over 25 Countries Take Part in Expanded Bahrain Autumn Fair

The Bahrain Autumn Fair has returned in an expanded and more ambitious format, reinforcing its position as one of the Kingdom’s leading annual exhibitions and a key driver of commercial and tourism activity.

Now in its 36th edition, the fair spans four full exhibition halls covering approximately 31,500 square metres at Bahrain Exhibition World. This year’s event hosts more than 650 exhibitors representing over 25 countries, marking a significant increase in both scale and international participation.

In an exclusive interview with The Daily Tribune, Exhibition Director Ranjith Paul said the expansion reflects growing demand from exhibitors and visitors alike. He noted that the fair has evolved beyond a traditional retail platform into a comprehensive family-oriented experience.

New attractions include a dedicated children’s play area, an expanded food and beverage zone, a cultural stage featuring daily performances and live music, and a newly introduced gaming zone located in Hall Three. Paul also highlighted a stronger local presence this year, with Bahraini vendors increasing by 20 per cent compared to the previous edition.

Opening the exhibition, Tourism Minister Fatima bint Jaafar Al Sairafi described the Autumn Fair as one of Bahrain’s most prominent annual events, underscoring the Kingdom’s growing stature in the regional and international exhibitions and conferences sector. She attributed the fair’s continued success to sustained support for the tourism industry under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, which have helped create an attractive environment for tourism investment and major international events.

The fair features a diverse range of international pavilions offering thousands of products making their debut in the Bahraini market. New participating countries this year include Mali, Kenya and Thailand, alongside the launch of a dedicated African pavilion and the return of the Egyptian pavilion. Exhibits span textiles, furnishings, food products, fashion, perfumes, accessories and handcrafted goods from across the globe.

Families can also enjoy daily appearances by popular characters Dabdoob and Dabdooba between 6pm and 7pm, an electronic gaming area sponsored by Matrix, and a large dining zone offering cuisines from around the world.

The Bahrain Autumn Fair runs until January 31, with halls open daily from 10am to 10pm. Entry is free with prior online registration.
