Bahrain Stands in Solidarity with Qatar Following Iranian Attack

The Kingdom of Bahrain has expressed its full support and solidarity with Qatar in the wake of the recent Iranian missile attack on Qatari territory. The strike, which targeted the Al Udeid Air Base in Doha, has raised regional alarm and drawn condemnation from across the Gulf.

In an official statement, Bahrain reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to the security and sovereignty of fellow Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states, particularly during times of external threat. Bahraini officials described the Iranian action as a serious violation of international law and a direct threat to Gulf unity and stability.

Bahrain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that any aggression against one GCC member is regarded as an attack against the entire region. The statement called for coordinated efforts to address the situation and defend regional sovereignty.

The Kingdom also pledged to work alongside Qatar and other allies to ensure the safety of civilians, support recovery efforts, and maintain peace in the Gulf.

Bahrain’s solidarity comes as part of a broader wave of regional unity, with several GCC nations mobilizing resources and calling for urgent diplomatic measures to de-escalate the crisis and hold those responsible accountable.
