Bahrain Post Rolls Out Mobile Postal Services Across the Kingdom

In a major move toward modernizing public services, Bahrain Post has officially launched its mobile postal services project, an initiative by the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications aimed at expanding access and convenience for customers across all governorates of the Kingdom.

The service enables citizens and residents to complete postal transactions without the need to visit traditional post offices. Instead, mobile units equipped with advanced systems will travel to various locations, offering on-the-go postal services that save time and improve efficiency. This initiative is seen as a key milestone in enhancing public service delivery and embracing digital transformation.

Dr. Khalid Abdulrahman Al Haidan, Assistant Undersecretary for Postal Affairs, described the rollout as a transformative step in modernizing Bahrain’s postal infrastructure. “This initiative reflects the ministry’s commitment to developing innovative solutions that support digital transformation and improve service quality across the Kingdom,” he stated.

Dr. Al Haidan emphasized that the project is part of a broader national strategy to elevate Bahrain Post’s capabilities and align its operations with international best practices. The goal is to deliver a seamless, user-friendly experience for individuals, businesses, and institutions alike.
