Abhishek Banerjee has won the award for Performance in a Leading Role (Male) in the film categories of the IIFA Digital Awards 2026 for Stolen.
IIFA’s official winners list also recognises Stolen director Karan Tejpal in the Direction category, giving the film honours for both its lead performance and its filmmaking.
Recognition for Stolen
In material shared with Gulf Good News, Banerjee thanked IIFA and acknowledged his collaborators while celebrating the award. The photograph accompanying this report was supplied with that submission.
The recognition sits within IIFA’s digital film awards. It is distinct from the main cinema leading-actor category and from the digital series categories, which have their own winners.
GGN previously covered the wider results in its IIFA 2026 winners report. This update focuses on Banerjee and the recognition for Stolen.
Looking ahead to Abu Dhabi
The 2026 results are separate from the upcoming 27th IIFA Weekend & Awards, which the organisers have announced for 22 and 23 January 2027 at Etihad Arena on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
