Saudi Arabia claimed its fourth Arabian Gulf Cup title with a 2–0 win over the UAE in Jeddah on 6 October, according to Qatar News Agency.

The final of the tournament’s 27th edition took place at King Abdullah Sports City. The Saudi Arabian Football Federation’s results page also confirms the score and match date.

QNA reported that Hammam Al Hammami scored in the 11th minute before Firas Al Buraikan doubled the lead two minutes later, finishing a pass from Nasser Al Dawsari.

The early goals proved decisive. Both sides struck the woodwork during the match, but the score remained unchanged as Saudi Arabia secured the trophy and the UAE finished runner-up.
