Students at Ahmad Bishr Al Roumi Secondary School for Boys in Kuwait have taken part in safety and life-skills sessions delivered with the National Guard, according to a Ministry of Education report published on 3 November 2026.

The school welcomed a National Guard delegation for lectures and practical workshops covering first aid, firefighting, vehicle maintenance and national responsibility. The activities formed part of the second season of an awareness programme connecting schools with public institutions.

Practical skills alongside classroom learning

The ministry said the programme aims to help students connect what they learn with situations they may encounter in everyday life. It also seeks to build awareness of safety, citizenship and responsibility.

Official photographs accompanying the report show students listening to instructors, a first-aid demonstration using a training mannequin, and a session with fire extinguishers.

The initiative reflects cooperation between Kuwait’s Ministry of Education and the National Guard to broaden students’ knowledge and support learning beyond regular classroom lessons.
