Ajman Government is presenting AI-powered services designed to reduce the steps involved in renewing business documents at Ai Everything Abu Dhabi, taking place at ADNEC on 6 and 7 October.
According to Emirates News Agency, Ajman Municipality and Planning Department’s commercial-contract renewal service is linked with the Department of Economic Development’s business-licence renewal service.
The government says intelligent assistants coordinate procedures between the two entities in the background, aiming to spare customers the need to move between platforms or work out each step themselves.
Ajman Free Zones Authority is also launching its OneClick smart assistant at the exhibition. The authority describes a conversational service intended to guide business setup and licensing, from understanding a business idea through documentation and application processing.
The services form part of a joint government pavilion organised by Ajman Digital Department. Officials said the approach puts simpler customer journeys at the centre of the emirate’s digital-service development.
