Danube Properties has announced Shahrukhz Residences by Danube, a planned waterfront residential tower in Dubai Maritime City that extends its partnership with Shah Rukh Khan.
In a press release dated 7 October 2026, the developer said the fully furnished apartments would start at AED 1.65 million, with 30% payable during construction and 70% at handover. Gauri Khan has designed the development's penthouses, according to the announcement.
Waterfront homes and planned amenities
Danube said the project would include more than 40 amenities, including sports facilities, children's play areas and daycare, cycling and jogging tracks, a rooftop King's Club and access to a private yacht.
The developer also announced a Longevity Lounge with wellness facilities. These are planned project features; the release does not specify a completion or handover date.
Shah Rukh Khan said he was pleased to renew the partnership with Danube Group founder and chairman Rizwan Sajan and to have Gauri involved in the project. Sajan said the residential launch followed customer interest in the earlier Shahrukhz by Danube commercial development.
