Al-Marjan Islands is a group of 4 coral-shaped islands located in Al Jazirah Al Hamra. The Island is home to different restaurants, clubs, residential buildings and so on. The Island's grace is going to get enriched with Wynn resorts first ever multi-facility building with a casino opening in 2026.
Wynn UAE is going to be 1000 room huge building with high end facilities like luxurious spa, restaurants, shopping mall, a gaming casino and so on. The project is estimated to be over $2 billion with the aim to establish high-end facility in the region.
The casino area is stretched to18,500 sq m which makes it even bigger than the original Wynn resort in Las Vegas.
Craig Billings, Wynn Resorts CEO said:
“The casino component, where at least for some period of time we will be operating on our own, which makes it quite exciting, is shaping up to be somewhat larger than Wynn Las Vegas, but with numerous pockets of energy and compression.”
Raki Phillips, CEO of Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority said that this project will not only promote the tourism but will also increase employment opportunities within the region.
