HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa Launches Cityscape Bahrain 2023

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa marked the official launch of Cityscape Bahrain 2023, the region’s most anticipated real estate exhibition and conference, yesterday at Exhibition World Bahrain.
This event signifies a significant milestone in the Bahraini real estate industry as over 40 exhibitors, including key industry players, and projects worth $8 billion are showcased in this exhibition with an anticipated 10,000 attendees.
Following the overwhelmingly positive response, Cityscape Bahrain announced that the exhibition will be extended for two additional days, until November 18th.
Among the exhibitors are Bahrain Marina Development Company, Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company, Edamah Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (MOHMRA), and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
Naseej, a leading Bahraini real estate developer, has signed two substantial agreements during the event. One with Batelco to outfit Naseej’s Nasayim Arad project with smart home solutions and a second deal with Bin Hindi Group and KIA Motors to install EV charging stations at Nasayim Arad. This marks the first-ever collaboration in Bahrain between an automaker and a real estate developer.
"The opening day of the second edition invites lucrative opportunities for guests while providing enriching experiences, bringing together key stakeholders under one roof," said Alexander Edwards, Exhibition Director of Cityscape. "Cityscape is the perfect platform to connect with the people and businesses shaping the future of real estate in Bahrain and the GCC."
The Cityscape conference, with the theme "Sustainability and Digital Transformation in the Real Estate Sector," is set to kick off on November 15th and 16th. Over 20 hours of content will be delivered by 30 speakers attending by 300 C-level executives.
Exhibition visiting hours will be from 12 pm to 10 pm until the 18th of November, marking the final day of the event.
